History and Profile

Santore Partners Executive Search was formed in 1980, by a former IBM Systems Engineer and Salesman. During the last 28 years, our search firm has performed highly prestigious and important C-Level / Executive, Director, Management and Staff level searches for some of the most well known companies in America, for venture backed start-ups in a variety of industries, and for notable non profit organizations in the US.

Santore Partners accepts and fulfills search engagements nationally, and we offer performance history in most major cities in the US. Our searches are for individual executives/contributors and often for an entire department.

Santore Partners has won many “marquis” search engagements including being chosen as the Technology Search Firm for the US Olympic Organizing Committee in 1984, and high level searches for very many small to medium business ($6-800m Annual Revenues / 10-300 employees). We have also been highly successful at executive, director and management searches for very large organizations including Apple Computer, Quantum, Eaton, Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Aperio Technologies, Price Waterhouse, Platinum/Epicor Software, Habitat for Humanity, The Pacific Symphony, etc.
